Used three-spoke marine steering wheel constructed from cast aluminum or a similar metal. The wheel has a large open rim, three spokes, and a central hub with a visible mounting opening. Surface shows widespread oxidation, discoloration, scratches, grime, and weathered finish. A short blue wire or cord and a small metal ring are visible near the hub.
